TO ENSURE WE HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO DISINFECT EACH STYLING STATION AND MINIMISE OVERCROWDING WE HAVE INCREASED THE APPOINTMENT TIME OF EACH SERVICE BY 15 MINUTES
OUR PRICES HAVE BEEN INCREASED TO REFLECT THE EXTRA TIME, OUR NEW PRICE LIST CAN BE FOUND HERE
A NEWLY DISINFECTED SET OF TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT WILL BE USED FOR EACH CLIENT
THE TEAM WILL FOLLOW THE STRICTEST HAND HYGIENE AND WEAR A MASK WHEN CARRYING OUT HAIR SERVICES
WHEN POSSIBLE WE HAVE AGREED SOCIAL DISTANCING BETWEEN TEAM MEMBERS
IF ANY OF THE TEAM OR A MEMBER OF THEIR HOUSEHOLD BECOMES UNWELL, THEY WILL NOT ARRIVE FOR WORK AND WILL FOLLOW NHS GUIDELINES
WE WILL BE ASKING ALL CLIENTS TO PROVIDE US WITH UPDATED CONTACT NUMBERS AND EMAIL ADDRESSES SHOULD WE NEED TO PROVIDE THEM TO NHS TRACK AND TRACE
BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
WE WOULD LOVE TO ACCOMMODATE ALL OF OUR AMAZING CLIENTS IMMEDIATLEY, WE’VE REALLY MISSED YOU! BUT, UNFORTUNATELY, WE JUST CAN’T… THE WHOLE COUNTRY FEELS LIKE IT’S ON A WAITING LIST RIGHT NOW
WE WILL BEGIN CONTACTING THE CLIENTS WHO WHERE THE FIRST TO HAVE THEIR APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED IN JANUARY AND OFFERING THEM TO REBOOK FIRST, WORKING FORWARDS TO THE CLIENTS THAT HAD THEIR APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED MOST RECENTLY
THEN, WE WILL OPEN OUR APPOINTMENT BOOK TO EXISTING CLIENTS THAT DIDN’T HAVE AN ACTIVE BOOKING
ONLY THEN, WHEN WE HAVE ACCOMMODATED OUR EXISTING CLIENTS, WILL WE OPEN OUR BOOKS TO NEW CLIENTS
IF YOU HAD AN APPOINTMENT THAT HAS BEEN CANCELLED, PLEASE DO NOT WORRY, WE WILL CONTACT YOU

YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A CLEAN GOWN
UNFORTUNATLEY THERE WILL BE NO MAGAZINES OFFERED. WE WILL BE PROVIDING A LIMITED DRINKS MENU. YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO BRING YOUR OWN BOTTLE OF WATER AND SNACKS, AND USE THE GUEST WI-FI AND CHARGING POINTS FOR YOUR PHONES AND IPADS
AT THE END OF THE SERVICE YOU WILL BE OFFERED TO RE BOOK AND WE WILL ASK YOU PAY WITH CONTACTLESS OR CARD PAYMENT, APPLE OR ANDROID PAY IS OUR PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT
FINALLY, WE POLITLEY ASK THAT YOU DO NOT ARRIVE AT THE SALON IF:
YOU, OR ANYONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD HAS FELT UNWELL IN THE LAST 14 DAYS, OR,
YOU, OR ANYONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD IS AWAITING A COVID 19 TEST RESULT
